On this day of Thanksgiving, we give thanks to this little vat pasteurizer.
This little guy is what turned an idea and a dream into reality. We became a "real" ice cream company because of this little 30 gallon tank. It marked the beginning of what would become the High Road Family. Ever changing, ever growing, but always celebrating the way forward.
In the video below, CEO Keith Schroeder rechristened the machine as the start of the a new High Road Wall of Fame. A fitting tribute to the "little tank that could."
