Meet Lewis. The machine whisperer.
High Road ice cream is Made By Chefs but maintained by some uber talented people who allow our chefs to push what can be done in our space. Sometimes that means pushing the limits of what our equipment was designed to do.
When that happens, we need Lewis, Billy and the rest of our incredibly talented facilities team. Louis is quiet. Almost too quiet. He seems to appear and disappear out of nowhere.
That's why he's the whisperer. He came to High Road by way of Plant Manager Tim Ray and while he really enjoys the work, apparently he's been bringing a bit too much ice cream home.
