Keith and Christian reflected on why it's so important to get out and see these people, learn their names and walk the places where our ingredients come from first-hand. Here they are at the Quitsato Sundail in Quito, Ecuador whille on an exploration of chocolate.
High Road is not just about making ice cream. We want to honor the hard work, the tradition and the care that these amazing people do every day to allow us to bring you the best possible products. The journey took them to many experiences in Ecuador which you'll see soon in a feature story, but for now, here's why we do what we do.
And no, we can't be serious all of the time.
