This entire trip to Ecuador has led up to the chocolate and today you get to see a glimpse of República del Cacao chocolate.
Back in Quito, Keith Schroeder and Christian Rodriguez take a tour of the chocolate factory to see the level of work and care that's put into making this incredible ingredient. From the freshly roasted cacao beans to the final product to making their own chocolate bars, this tour was one for the senses. You'll learn much more about the factory soon in our longer feature story.
After the factory tour, Keith and Christian did a little local R&D trying out some incredible local sherbet.
