It's Friday. Time to taste.
Each week the team gathers up on Friday to sample products from that week's run. Everyone in the company is invited to sample. It's fun but also educational to learn more about how we make our products, what the products should look and taste like and to discuss any issues as a team.
Christian Rodriguez leads this tasting session featuring Ciao Bella Gelato Co. Inc. Blood Orange sorbet and the brand new Chocolate Coconut Swirl.
Nicki Schroeder is especially concerned with perfect quality control in the servings.
