People like Derek make sure we only deliver top quality products from our facility. From flavor to packaging we inspect and check everything to ensure it meets our standards. It's part of making everything in-house as small batch ice cream.
You can't replicate that quality by going any faster. And we can't maintain our quality without awesome people like Derek checking us every step of the way.
