The Daily:
Today we meet Vincent. Vincent heads up the Batch Team at High Road.
He and his team are responsible for the food service orders including 5 liter pans, 3 gallon tubs and more. As with our retail products, all food service items are small batch, handcrafted products with inclusions hand mixed into the ice cream.
Vincent's also a coffee fan and is about to start working with Chef Rebecca in a new role at High Road. Although what exactly he'll be doing is not quite clear.
